Honestly can't say enough good things about Howard. When we purchased our new build we did a pre-signing inspection with a different company where we just felt like a number/checklist for them. They did their job but they didn't go above and beyond to be personable or informative to us as first time home buyers. We recently hired Howard for our 11 month inspection and as soon as he answered the phone and we talked a bit to schedule an appointment I could tell how honorable and personable he was. Not only is he easy to get along with, you can tell he takes pride in what he does. He was very thorough, documenting stuff our first inspector missed, and never acted rushed throughout his thorough inspection. Issues/Recommendations are clearly outlined in the report and the photos/videos are very detailed in order to submit to our warranty department. He had so many helpful tips along the way and reiterated about being an ongoing resource for us if we had any other questions or needed recommendations for future services.
